Before setting sail, remember to arrive at least 20 minutes early at the meeting point, located behind the Bocagrande hospital, right in front of the sea. Boarding begins at 8:30 a.m., so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes, bringing sunscreen, and coming ready to have fun. Our team will welcome you with a smile and a welcome drink to start the day with good energy.
During the experience, you will have access to all the resort’s facilities: swimming pools, lounge areas, kayaks, and paddleboards. A buffet lunch is included, and you can choose your spot based on availability (sun loungers or palm kiosk). In case of changes in plans, you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. If you do not attend on the day of the activity, a fee of 80% of the total value will be applied (no show).
