Remember to arrive on time at La Bodeguita Pier, Gate #3, the starting point of your Caribbean experience. Boarding begins at 8:00 AM and the return is scheduled for 2:30 PM, so you can enjoy a full day without any setbacks. Present your ID and booking confirmation at check-in.

Travelers can cancel at no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. In case of a no-show, 80% of the net value will be charged. Please note that the port tax ($29,000) and express medical insurance ($5,000) are not included and must be paid at the time of boarding.
